The panicsaf is a revolutionary, award winning product designed to increase safety on the go. The panicsaf is an in vehicle panic button that offers SOS technology. The Panicsaf not only notifies trusted contacts when collision is picked up, but also allows the user to hit a panic button in the case of emergency. The SOS will notify trusted family members or friends that the user is in trouble as well as drop their GPS location. The GPS location will be updated every 2-3 minutes which allows your trusted contacts to locate your postion should it change. Easy set up:

  • Dowload the Wiso App from the play store or Apple iTunes Store free of charge (alternatively scan the QR code).
  • Connect your phone to the Wiso Devise via bluetooth.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping information:

Shipping is FREE to anywhere in South Africa. Mahala. Normally shipping takes 1-2 working days.

Please ensure that you have given a valid physical address for the delivery of your products. Timber Trend will not be held liable for invalid addresses given by the purchaser. In the case of an invalid address given, additional charges will be billed to the purchaser of the goods for more than one delivery.

Refunds, Returns and exchanges:

Under no circumstances will Timber Trend refund or exchange any wooden mobile cases purchased from us if the damage to that specific wooden mobile case was caused by the error of the purchaser. For example, this will include the dropping of the wooden mobile case purchased or applying the wooden mobile case to your device incorrectly.

Timber Trend will not at any time be responsible for damage to hardware or devices not manufactured by us. We will not take responsibility for damage to devices or hardware used with our products.

Guarantee:

We offer a 30-day guarantee from the date at which your product was shipped. Our guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and not damages resulting from user error. We will not replace products that have been damaged by user error. User error may include, but not limited to:

  • The incorrect application when putting your mobile cover on your smartphone causing damage.
  • Repeatedly removing your mobile phone cover from your smartphone causing fatigue.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture
  • General abuse (including dropping your mobile case)

Dropping your mobile case:

Timber Trend wooden mobile cases are made from natural materials which we believe are durable and hard wearing, however, no product will last if they are subject to abuse. We at Timber Trend do not cover the dropping of a wooden mobile phone case.

Returns Policy:

Please note that our returns policy is strictly 14 days from the date of shipment. We will not accept any wooden mobile cases if the abovementioned 14 days has lapsed.

In order for a return to be eligible, the wooden mobile case must be new and unused and appear in the same condition as it was bought in along with its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

The purchaser of a Timber Trend product will be notified by email once the goods have been returned and inspected by a member of the Timber Trend team. This email will also include whether or not the application for a refund was successful or not.

Approved refunds (if applicable):

If your refund application is successful, this will be processed within 7 working days. In the case where refunds do not reflect in your bank account after the above mentioned 7 working days, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@timbertrend.co.za.

Sale items:

Items that were purchased on sale will not be refunded or exchanged unless there was a manufacturing fault on our side. This includes defective or damaged goods when they are delivered to the purchaser.

Exchange items:

Items purchased will only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault whereby the product is defective or damaged. When receiving your products from Timber Trend please inspect them for defects before using the product. To exchange items please contact info@timbertrend.co.za.

Shipping:

Timber Trend will not be responsible for your shipping costs when goods are returned. This amount will be deducted from your refund if a refund is applicable. Timber Trend will pay for shipping costs of products that were damaged or defected when you received the product. This will only occur once we have received the original product at the purchasers’ expense. We will then ship the exchanged product to you free of charge.
